An island vacation awaits you at Glorietta Bay Inn. This boutique hotel is a historic landmark in Coronado and famous for its grandeur architecture, built in 1908 as the home of sugar baron John D. Spreckels. Today the hotel has 11 historic mansion rooms and 89 contemporary rooms and suites. Glorietta Bay Inn sits across the street from the famous white-sandy Coronado Beach, steps away from boutique shopping and restaurants, minutes from America’s Finest City’s best attractions, and just 8-miles from the San Diego International Airport.

Description

In this three-day intensive artist-in-residency  workshop, you will fabricate a unique necklace using found objects, scrap silver and gemstones. To showcase your one-of-a-kind creation, Richard will instruct you as you create a display stand to house your gorgeous necklace when you’re not wearing it.

Combining sculpture and metalsmithing in one workshop will push you to new heights and challenge your fabrication skills.

In this all-inclusive workshop, Vivi Magoo will take care of your every need. You are there to learn.play.create. Enjoy your time with Richard, friends and fellow artists. In beautiful Coronado, California. In June. How can you go wrong!

TERMS OF AGREEMENT

Deadline to cancel is April 15th, 2019.

Cancellations prior to or on April 15, 2019 will incur a $300 processing fee.

Cancellations received after April  15, 2019 are non-refundable.

In the very rare event of an emergency or unavoidable natural disaster or act of God, a class may be cancelled. In this situation, all fees will be reimbursed.

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Solem’s Classic Interiors LLC (hereinafter referred to as releasees), its officers, employees, agents, and volunteers of any and all liability, claims, demands, causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death, that may be sustained by me. this waiver applies to the duration of my involvement with the retreat held by the releasee.

I will also agree to defend, indemnify and hold Solem’s Classic Interiors, LLC, its officials, employees, agents, and volunteers harmless from any liabilities, claims, injuries, damages, losses, lawsuits, judgements, and expenses associated with the acts or failure to act by me for the full duration of the retreat.

It is my express intent that the waiver and hold harmless provisions of this agreement shall survive my death and apply to all my agents, successors and assigns, heirs, and personal representatives.

Both parties agree to apply the laws of the state of Arizona and enter into binding arbitration if a dispute were to arise.

If any portion of this agreement is deemed unlawful or unenforceable then only that portion will be stricken and the remainder of the provisions will remain in force.

By moving forward with payment for this event, you are agreeing to the Terms of Agreement as described above.
